Overview

You can request service cancellation from the client area.

Steps

  1. Log in to the client area.
  2. Go to Services.
  3. Select the service you want to cancel.
  4. Choose Request Cancellation.
  5. Select immediate or end-of-term cancellation.
  6. Submit the request.

Important

Cancellation may remove website files, email, and related data. Back up anything important first.
